British Boarding Schools' Workshop - Info for Exhibitors

Our globally renowned biannual event provides access to our high-quality and specialist Network of British boarding schools and Approved Agents.

Exhibiting at the British Boarding Schools Workshop

We have a small number of exhibitor spaces at the BBSW for service providers and guardianship companies to profile their services to a very targeted audience: our high-quality and specialist Network of British boarding schools and BBSN Approved Agents. 

The Workshops are held each March and November at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel at Heathrow Airport and each event has approximately 320 attendees from over 100 schools and 120 educational agencies, recruiting from more than 50 countries. There are spaces for 7 exhibitors at each event and due to the success of the event our exhibitors rebook to attend regularly so we only have limited space for new exhibitors to take part. Exhibitor Package

£3765+ VAT

The Exhibitor Package includes a meeting table and chairs, power socket and participation for one delegate to attend the whole event with refreshments, lunches, drink receptions and dinners with wine included (excludes B&B at the hotel). Exhibitors can choose to schedule meetings with schools or agents, depending on their target audience. 

The package enables you to display pop-up banners up to 2m wide behind your table for greater visibility.

Exhibitors are located in the central Atrium area where all delegates gather for refreshments and where the BBSN help desk is located.
