How to Become a School Member

Join more than 260 schools who already enjoy the benefits of BBSN membership.

  • 1Before a school becomes a member, Suzanne Rowse, our Director, will set up a Zoom call so she can take time to really understand your needs. She can then give you bespoke advice on how our membership services and/or events can help you, bearing in mind any particular challenges you have. She will also take into consideration your type of school, budget, team size and resources. Honesty and integrity is at the heart of everything we do, and we won't recommend something which we don't think is right for your school. If you would like to set up a call before completing the membership form, use the pink button below to contact us.
  • 2Once we receive your completed membership form, we will issue an invoice. Payment is required before membership starts.
  • 3We will send you a staff user form to confirm who needs to be visible to agents on your school profile and who needs a login to the members' portal.
  • 4Upon receipt of payment your membership starts. We will issue your logins for the members' portal, giving you access to the Contacts, Knowledge and Support you need to fulfil your role. Your staff can join webinars and training at no extra charge and your school will benefit from a members' discount if you are attending the BBSW.
  • 5A member of our team will contact you to set up staff training to help you get started, show you how to complete your school profile, and ensure you know how to make the most of membership. User guides and videos for the portal are also available.
  • 6You will be able to use the portal to access our exclusive database of BBSN Approved Agents (with staff contacts and company profiles) and extensive resources via the Knowledge Hub. Your team will start to receive our weekly updates for members.
  • 7You can contact our experienced team at any stage for individual help and support, not just on using the portal but on anything relating to international recruitment, such as strategy, identifying new markets and agents, and how best to build strong partnerships with agents. There is no extra charge for this service and you can book in a call via our online calendar which is available to members.
