BBSW Online
BBSW Online, 9-12 June 2026
We are delighted to announce the launch of a new event: BBSW Online on 9-12 June, with scheduled 1:1 online meetings between schools and Approved Agents forming the core of the event on Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 June.
Following the analysis of member event surveys conducted earlier this term, the format has been shaped directly by your feedback.
BBSW Online has been designed as a structured meeting-led international networking forum, complementing – not replacing – our flagship in-person Workshops and providing an accessible way for schools and Approved agents to connect across multiple time zones without the need to travel.
Two days of 1:1 structured online meetings
Enabling schools to connect with BBSN Approved Agents via pre-scheduled 20-minute meetings across global recruitment markets on Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 June
Flexible scheduling
Allowing delegates to arrange as many meetings as they wish from the 25+ available meetings and create a personalised programme with agents in target areas
Simple meeting management
With appointments arranged through our EASy (electronic appointment) system, while discussions take place on schools’ preferred platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Optional digital drop-in sessions
On Tuesday 9 June and Friday 12 June, offering opportunities for discussion, shared insight and a small number of online seminars focusing on key recruitment topics identified through member survey feedback
