7th - 9th March 2024
Please see below the details for the next two British Boarding Schools' Workshops (BBSW) for agents who wish to apply for a free place at the live in-person events on 9-11th November 2023 and 7-9th March 2024.
Each event will run from Thursday to Saturday and will be held at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel at London's Heathrow Airport.

Benefits of attending:
- One free place for each accepted company, which includes two nights’ B&B at the hotel, dinners, lunches and refreshments for the duration of the event.
- There will be 100+ British boarding schools taking part at each event, so it is a cost-effective and time-saving way to catch up with many schools in one place.
- Scheduled meetings over two days ensure you meet the schools of your choice.
- Meet new staff, put face to names and update your knowledge about the many schools.
- Take part in a Fam Trip – we will be running three Fam Trips after each of the Workshops (details of the host schools will be available in due course), providing an opportunity to visit 5 schools after the event.

The itinerary below will help participants plan their attendance. Times shown are UK times.
Thursday:
3pm: Registration, refreshments, networking and seminars. Arrive and check-in to bedrooms. We have allowed plenty of time for networking.
7pm: Drinks reception
7.30pm: Buffet dinner with wine provided
Friday:
7am to 9am: Breakfast and schools/exhibitors to set up tables/stands
9am to 5.10pm: Meetings with breaks and lunch provided
7pm: Drinks reception
7.30pm: Dinner - 3 course meal with wine provided
Saturday:
9am to 3.30pm: Meetings with breaks and lunch provided. Delegates can depart from 3.30pm. We plan to run three Fam Trips for agents and details of host schools will be available soon and sent to agents who are offered places at the Workshop.

Delegate Packages at the BBSW
Each agency is offered one FREE delegate place, whether you choose this to be a residential or non-residential place. The free package provides meals for the duration of the event and two nights' B&B accommodation at the hotel where the event is held. Please note we will require credit card details to secure your booking. As per our T&Cs, delegates will only be charged should they fail to arrive for the event.
You can request to bring additional delegates (subject to availability of spaces) and additional charges apply. Tax = 20% vat. An invoice will be raised for any additional charges based on the information provided. Prices apply for the November 2022 and March 2023 events.

Most delegates will stay at the venue on Thursday and Friday night. We have provided costs for Wednesday and Saturday for those who wish to stay at the venue for additional nights and want to book through us to ensure they stay in the same room. Prices apply for November 2023 and March 2024 events.
