BBSW Virtual - Terms and Conditions

  • Bookings will be allocated on a first-come first served basis.

  • Allocation of a second Zoom room at the BBSW Virtual events will be subject to availability and we will confirm if we can allocate them once we have all the agent registrations for the specified event.

  • Cancellations for the BBSW Virtual events can be made up to 8 weeks prior to the event with a full refund. Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the event will be charged at full cost unless we can find a replacement school.

  • Full payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date and certainly prior to the start of the event.
  • ​Participants are required to deal with appointment requests promptly in order to ensure meetings are confirmed in good time.
  • ​We recommend that participants take up our offer to do a Zoom room test in the week prior to the event to ensure there are no issues with tecnology on the device they will be using for the BBSW meetings. 
  • Zoom host rooms can only be used by the school/company which has booked to participate and cannot be used by third parties such as schools which belong to the same group.

  • BBSN member discounts are only valid for those who are in membership at the time of the event and should a member not renew their subscription we will invoice for the extra amount due.

  • Participants must maintain good time keeping during the event to ensure their meetings run on time.

  • Participants must follow the etiquette guidelines issued by BBSN prior to the event such as ensuring they participate in booked meetings.
